At Mompush, the safety of your little one is everything to us. In cooperation with Health Canada, we are proactively conducting a voluntary recall of select Mompush Velo Strollers sold in Canada. If your stroller is affected, we will make it right — quickly and at no cost to you.

Who Is Affected?

Units manufactured between December 21, 2024 and August 28, 2025, purchased in Canada. Customers outside Canada are not subject to this recall. Your stroller is safe to use as normal.

What to Do Next

If your unit was purchased in Canada, please follow these steps:

  1. Find the manufacture date label on your stroller frame (located underneath the seat).
  2. Check whether your manufacture date falls between December 21, 2024 and August 28, 2025.
  3. If affected, stop using the stroller and email us at support@mompush.com with your order number and manufacture date.
  4. Our team will arrange a free refund or replacement and guide you through the process.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is Mompush doing a voluntary recall?

We proactively chose to conduct this recall in cooperation with Health Canada because your family's safety is our absolute top priority. During regulatory testing, a stability concern was identified under specific conditions. Although the issue is limited to a specific production batch, we believe taking immediate action is the right thing to do.

I purchased my stroller outside Canada. Am I affected?

No. This recall is specific to the Canadian market and was initiated in cooperation with Health Canada. Customers in the United States and all other markets are not subject to this recall in any way. Your Mompush Velo Stroller is safe to continue using as normal.

How do I find my manufacture date?

The manufacture date label is located on the stroller frame, underneath the seat. If you have any trouble locating it, please reach out to us at support@mompush.com and we'll be happy to help.

What remedy will I receive?

We will offer you a full refund or a free replacement stroller — whichever you prefer. There is no cost to you. Simply contact us at support@mompush.com and our team will take care of everything.

I received my stroller as a gift or bought it secondhand. Can I still participate?

Absolutely. All affected stroller owners are eligible for a remedy regardless of where or how you obtained the stroller. Please reach out to us with your manufacture date and we'll sort it out for you.

Are Mompush Velo Strollers currently for sale affected?

No. Any Mompush Velo Strollers currently available for purchase were manufactured after August 28, 2025 and are not part of this recall. They meet all applicable safety requirements.

I sold or gifted my stroller to someone else. What should I do?

If you are able to, please let the new owner know about this recall. Our goal is to reach every affected stroller owner so we can make things right. Thank you for your help.
