Get free ground shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States at Mompush. We ship orders from our distribution centers Monday through Friday.
Where we ship
Mompush products ship for free to the contiguous United States only.
For Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses, there is a $250 shipping fee.
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
Shipping time
Standard shipping for Mompush products generally arrives in 1-4 business days, calculated from when the shipment leaves our distribution center.
Other terms
Your shipment is not insured, so make sure to track it using the tracking number we emailed you. No signature is required.
Return Policy
100-Day Free Trial Policy
All Mompush strollers are covered by our 100-day home trial, giving you the flexibility to return them for a full refund if you’re not completely satisfied within 100 days of receiving them. This policy applies exclusively to strollers purchased directly from mompush.com. Accessories and replacement parts are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How to return a product
- Go mompush.returnscenter.com
- Fill out the order number and your email address
- Select which products you’d like to return and the reason for returning them
- A shipping label will be generated after approved, and a confirmation email will be sent to the email used to place the order
- Attach the shipping label to the box
- Drop off the parcel at a designated carrier's drop-off location
- Once we have received the product, it will take 1-3 business days for you to receive you refund.
Can I return the replacement parts?
Orders for replacement parts cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. All replacement parts are final sale.
When will I get my refund?
The refund process will commence once we have received the returned product(s) at our facilities. All returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. Kindly allow Mompush 3 to 5 business days to process the return, and an additional 3 to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
